I grew up in northern California in the heart of the Silicon Valley. My calling to seek the Lord began in college. While attending the University of California, San Diego and studying electrical engineering, I was able to work as a youth leader at a local church. This is where my passion for ministry really developed as I saw young men and women grasp deep truths about God and internalize them, allowing for deep, gospel-driven change in their lives. From there, I was called to move my life and ministry back to San Jose, CA and the Silicon Valley. This is an area in deep need of the gospel with only 4% of its population in a church. I currently work for a semiconductor company in Sunnyvale, CA as an applications engineer ministering others in my workplace. God has ignited a fire and passion in me to see faithful men and women raised up in the Bay Area who will be prudent disciples of Jesus Christ. Currently, I am the intern at an Acts 29 church plant in San Jose called Garden City Church. (gardencitysanjose.com). I am immensely excited about the mission of Garden City Church.

My prayer is that this blog would become a gospel training resource for men and women who would like to see God do a radical transformation in their life and would like to reproduce that change in others. I pray that the riches of the gospel would be evident and exulted in through this blog, and that the thinking put forth in our posts would be Biblically saturated and doctrinally sound without being overly theological and devoid of heart connection.
